I was looking forward to a brand new year and hope after hope, i had my fingers crossed that everything should nice and smooth. Well, my New Year day was not quite what i expected and i supposed even CSL too had a bad start for this year.
Actually, what is his crime? If his wife and children are not fussing about it and neither is the woman involved in the romp, i fail to understand the real issue. Ok he is a public figure and he has a certain decorum whcivbeh is expected of him but then again, if we start investigating every politician, i will bet my last ringgit there will be no politician without vicing on women.
CSL has a point that there has been a breach of privacy and those responsible for circulating the DVD copies must be taken to task. It looks like the easiest way to bring down people in power and authority these days are via spy cams and recordings.Do we thank the advent of technology? I am sure CSL is one person who would have preferred to remain a ' caveman' for obvious reasons.
Well, this is the life of he rich and the famous. One minute you are a somebody and the next you are just another man in the street referred to unaffectionately as ex-so and so.
CSL did warn aspiring politicians to take it easy as any climb that is rapid is likely to cause a fall that is really painful Then again, we are living in the era of kiasu. It is now or never. It is the quickest who gets to keep the cake and eat it too.
Preaching is the easiest thing to do but try emulating what CSL proposed, it would be impractical and not worth the wait.
Now, coming back to the romp, i really think CSL should have stayed on. After all, he weas one of the rare ministers who carried out his work dilligently.
Well, so much for CSL, we shall wish him the very best. Someone asked me if i had seen his DVD, and my reply was, had i wanted to see a porno, i would rather watch a young man in action , not a 60-year old shaking himself out, and out of his career.
